Stingreen Costa Rica operates as an online travel agency offering tourism services including, but not limited to, vacation packages, hotel reservations, transportation, guided tours, and corporate travel services within Costa Rica.

We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers such as hotels, transportation companies, and tour operators.

2️⃣ Reservations & Payments

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm services.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the reservation is confirmed.
Payments must be made through the authorized payment methods indicated on our platform.

A reservation is considered confirmed only once written confirmation has been issued by Stingreen Costa Rica.

3️⃣ Pricing & Inclusions

All prices are quoted in the selected currency and include only the services specifically detailed in the booking confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include:

International airfare
Travel insurance
Personal expenses
Optional tours or add-ons
Gratuities

4️⃣ Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate personal information.
Ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.).
Arriving on time for scheduled services and tours.
Complying with local laws and regulations.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in loss of services without refund.

5️⃣ Liability Disclaimer

Stingreen Costa Rica acts solely as an intermediary between clients and independent service providers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:

Acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party providers.
Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Personal injury, loss, damage, or additional expenses incurred during travel.

6️⃣ Changes by Stingreen Costa Rica

We reserve the right to modify itineraries or substitute services of equal value if necessary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, clients will be informed as soon as possible.

7️⃣ Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

Trip cancellation
Medical expenses
Travel interruptions
Personal belongings

8️⃣ Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be resolved under Costa Rican jurisdiction.

Cancellation Policy

At Stingreen Costa Rica, we are committed to transparency, fairness, and professionalism in all our services. The following cancellation policies are designed in accordance with standard practices within the Costa Rican travel industry.

📍 1. Cancellation Requests

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels (such as WhatsApp). A cancellation is only considered valid once confirmed in writing by Stingreen Costa Rica.

🗓️ 2. Tours & Activities Cancellation Policy

🟢 More than 30 days before the scheduled date: Full refund of the amount paid (excluding processing fees, if applicable).

🟡 15 to 29 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund of the total amount paid.

🔴 Less than 48 hours before the service or in case of no-show: No refund applies.

📦 3. Vacation Packages (Tours + Accommodation)

🟢 More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits and third-party provider fees.

🟡 15 to 29 days before arrival: Partial refund (generally 50%), subject to hotel, tour operator, and transportation provider policies.

🔴 Less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: No refund applies.

Please note that certain services included in packages (such as hotels or special tours) may have stricter cancellation terms imposed by third-party providers.

🔁 4. Changes & Modifications

Requests to modify dates or services must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. Additional fees or rate differences may apply.

❗ 5. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the scheduled date and time of the reserved service will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be granted.

⚠️ 6. Force Majeure

In cases of circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events — Stingreen Costa Rica will work with clients to reschedule services or provide partial or full refunds depending on the situation and supplier policies.

🧾 7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment platforms.

💡 Travel Insurance Recommendation

Due to the nature of travel and third-party supplier policies, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.
